Question assumptions, discover better ideas, and design a life that reflects who you want to become.
I am an engineer, storyteller and lifelong learner. I have always been curious about how people think, why systems succeed or fail, and how small changes in perspective can lead to better decisions.
I created the PODELE Framework through years of exploration, learning, and personal experience. What began as a way to better understand my own challenges gradually evolved into a practical framework for navigating uncertainty, making more intentional decisions, and turning meaningful ideas into lasting action. Through my writing, podcast, and conversations, I share the principles behind PODELE in the hope that they help others think more clearly, grow with purpose, and live more intentionally.
What's PODELE?
PODELE is a mental model for turning everyday experiences into intentional growth.
I developed it around a simple idea: going through an experience doesn’t necessarily mean we learn from it. Growth happens when we slow down, pay attention, explore what we’re seeing, test our understanding through action, and learn from what follows.
Pause → Observe → Discover → Experience → Learn → Evolve
PODELE can be used to navigate decisions, challenges, uncertainty, and change, or simply to understand yourself and the world around you a little better.
